17th ASHA school foundation day celebrations at 58 Gorkha Training Centre

2nd September, 2015: Students of Asha School pose along with the staff of the school and others on the occasion of 17th Foundation Day of the school held at 58 Gorkha Training Centre, Happy Valley on Tuesday. With a strength of 32 children and 12 staff members, the school is being administrated under the ageis of HQ 101 Area by 58 Gorkha Training Centre. Since its raising, the school has been successful in making a difference to the lives of many families with specially abled children. The event was attended by various civil and military dignitaries who are involved in the functioning of the school including the guest of honour, Mrs. Bridget Warshong, Assistant Commissioner for persons with disabilities and the chief guest, Mrs Pratibha S Nawathe, Zonal AWWA president who is also the president of the management committee of the ASHA school.
