Two days State Consultation on the working draft of the rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2011 in association with Bethany Society, Shillong.

14th March 2011: To create awareness among Government officials, N.G.Os, Parents and Persons with Disabilities about the relevance of having the present consultation and how important it was for all concerned to put forth their views and ideas on the provisions of the working draft of the new law to put across the State's perspective on the same.

The consultation aimed towards putting together all the recommendations which had come forth from the discussions form all the participants.
