   A.C.P. head office meeting started in March after a break of winter holiday; thereafter there has been a concerted effort from all office members.

   Meeting were not very much effective. Information not readily available and people did not understand what to do and the way forward with the Association.

   Prior meetings were held during the year but not very much effective as there was no permanent volunteer in the A.C.P. office up until I took over office in November, 2007
